We’re looking for a strategic, curious leader to shape Gallo’s social platform strategy and drive culturally relevant, scalable, consumer-first content across channels. You’ll lead a team of social and content specialists, maintain deep platform expertise, and partner with Brand, Creative, Media, PR, Legal, MarTech, and Consumer Engagement to ensure cohesive execution. In this role, you’ll stay current with scientific and industry advancements, applying new ideas to enhance processes, products, and analytical methods. You’ll generate and interpret technical data that supports product features and benefits, while continuously developing your technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities. Your work will directly support customers and strategic partners through research assistance, technical guidance, and effective communication.

You’ll also contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment, conducting experiments using a range of analytical and pilot-scale equipment. Collaboration is key, as you’ll participate in interdepartmental planning, mentor less experienced team members, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Need

How You'll Stand Out

Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Enology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Processing, or Food Science plus 2 years laboratory food and beverage research experience. A Taste of What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Seasonal Operator to join our team at California Natural Color for our harvest season. We anticipate the Seasonal Operator will work under the immediate supervision of their shift Team Leader and perform various duties within the plant from July - October. As a Seasonal Operator, you will be responsible for performing general laboring activities, including sanitation and operating equipment. As a Seasonal Operator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as monitoring tank levels, building hose line ups utilizing pumps for product transfer, tank cleaning, and washing the interior and exterior of tanks. You must follow all safety policies and procedures while performing these duties to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues. Additionally, you will perform all associated janitorial functions and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess basic knowledge of equipment operation.
