As a General Wine Tech at our Courtside production facility, you will engage in cellar operations related to the winemaking process at our Courtside Cellars facility. You will be engage in operation support and will be responsible for the care, maintenance and sanitation of all of our facility equipment.

What You Will Do

Cellar Work:

  • Basic sanitation, including pressure washing, tank washing, line and equipment that may include confined spaces
  • Ensure product additions are accurate
  • Complete red and white juice racking
  • Conduct red fermentation processes
  • Perform barrel fills, topping, SO2 addition add ingredients and barrel out and back duties
  • Understand and comply with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations
  • Adhere to all safety procedures supporting quality and GMP standards

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution plus manufacturing experience.
  • Required to be 18 years of age or older.
  • Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the bottling room or cellar.
  • Required to work any assigned shift (day, swing, or graveyard); required to work weekends and overtime.
  • Required to lift and carry product and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Required to roll and move 70 pound wine barrels.
  • Required to work at heights and in fairly small areas.
  • Required to comply with company GMP Policies.
  • Required to wear a respirator, when necessary.

What Will Set You Apart

  • High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of wine production experience
  • Experience using a computer
