As an Associate E-Commerce Product Manager, you will participate in building and growing E-Commerce as a channel for the organization focusing on a holistic, consumer-centric and sustainable approach to growth for the portfolio of brands. You will develop new capabilities and enhance existing capabilities to empower the Organization to use and grow E-Commerce. This is a highly impactful role that will drive business value while implementing innovative strategies for the organization using blended knowledge of various E-Commerce aspects with strategic vision and passion to drive.


Location: this position has flexibility to work remote within the United States.


What You Will Do


  • Provides insights and consultation to internal and external cross-functional teams for new distribution strategies and programs that bring profitable delivery methods for DTC e-commerce.
  • Participates as a subject matter expert in agile meetings as needed.
  • Implements scalable technology that empowers and drives growth of the full portfolio of brands.
  • Utilizes and synthesizes multiple sources of data (google analytics, insights reports, industry trend reports, etc.) to make recommendations to influence the product roadmap.
  • Owns and drives timely execution of key milestone growth product initiatives within the product road map Tracks and monitors progress and works to remove barriers.
  • Collaborates with external vendors, IT Teams, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to drive ad hoc cross-functional success – including leading discovery and brainstorming sessions.
  • Monitors usage of platforms and works closely with all service partners (internal and external) to ensure smooth daily operations and works with support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Partners closely with legal teams on regulations to ensure compliance on platforms.
  • Manages prioritization of ecommerce projects and feature requests with leadership from BU’s, Tasting Rooms, e-Retail and DTC websites. Monitors and updates the product back log as needed.
  • Develops cross-collaborative processes and documents SOPs for platform adoption.
  • Collaborates with brand stakeholders to document requirements, use cases, supporting business value and product acceptance criteria.


What You Will Need


  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of marketing, product management, or finance to include at least 1 years of e-commerce and/or digital marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master’s degree plus 3 years of marketing, product management, or finance to include e-commerce and/or digital marketing experience; OR High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of marketing, product management, or finance to include at least 3 years of e-commerce and/or digital marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience with Salesforce product (SFCC)
  • Experience working with CPG or Retail.
  • Experience using Ecommerce to improve consumer experience, acting as an advocate, with an awareness of current titles and industry trends.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with multiple internal and external teams.
  • Skilled at handling difficult communication situations with executives, partners, and the team at large.


What Will Set You Apart


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration plus 6 years of experience in product management, or finance to include at least 3 years of e-commerce and/or digital marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • MBA degree.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Experience with product management.
  • Experience working in an alcohol beverage company.
  • Experience with more than one Salesforce product (SFOMS, SFMC, etc.).Success in using quantitative and qualitative evidence to drive growth.
  • Owning project management tools (i.e. JIRA) and maintaining project schedules.
  • Demonstrates strong team skills for a large creative team, excellent people skills, combined with a tenacious spirit for on-time delivery.
  • Experienced in Operations/Fulfillment for Owned & Operated Ecommerce Channels.
  • Demonstrated background of delivering new ideas in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment.
  • A baseline understanding of product development processes and project management.
  • Strong attention to detail. This role will have a lot of mentorship, but the culture of our organization is to allow employees to contribute and grow without micromanagement.
  • Self-driven, high-initiative individual who leads by example and champions an ownership-mindset in the team but is willing to act when needed.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
