A Taste of What You'll Do
As a Tasting Room Representative, you’ll play an essential role in creating memorable, welcoming experiences that bring our brand to life for every guest who walks through the door. Working as part of a collaborative hospitality team, you’ll support daily tasting room operations while helping achieve financial goals, build consumer loyalty, and deliver an authentic connection to our wines and story.
In this role, you’ll engage directly with guests by presenting selected wines, sharing knowledge about winemaking, winegrowing, vintages, and winery history, and answering questions that enhance each visitor’s experience. You’ll act as a trusted resource while promoting wine and non-wine products, supporting retail displays, and assisting guests with purchases in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
You’ll also support the operational side of the tasting room, including opening and closing procedures, operating cash registers and credit card terminals, processing phone and shipping orders in compliance with state and federal regulations, and assisting with inventory counts and audits. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will help maintain property standards, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitation requirements.
From supporting hospitality events to representing the brand graciously and responsibly, this role offers the opportunity to blend sales, service, and storytelling in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Every detail, from the raw, industrial-inspired design to our thoughtfully curated tasting options, reflects our commitment to artistry and innovation.
