A Taste of What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager of the Tasting Room, you’ll help bring our brand to life through memorable guest experiences, engaging wine education, and exceptional service. You’ll lead day-to-day tasting room operations while helping the team achieve sales, wine club membership, and guest engagement goals. You’ll coach and develop tasting room employees, coordinate daily staffing and workflow, and foster a welcoming environment where team members can perform at their best. From leading product presentations and supporting consumer events to overseeing onboarding and providing timely performance feedback, you’ll play an important role in building a knowledgeable, service-focused team. You’ll also help manage inventory, supplies, schedules, reporting, point-of-sale and customer relationship management systems, and the secure handling of customer information. Working closely with team members and business partners, you’ll support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and safe, responsible hospitality.

This is an opportunity to combine leadership, wine knowledge, and commercial expertise in a highly visible guest-facing role. If you enjoy developing people, creating elevated consumer experiences, and turning brand strategy into meaningful results, we invite you to join our team.

Why Orin Swift?

Every detail, from the raw, industrial-inspired design to our thoughtfully curated tasting options, reflects our commitment to artistry and innovation.
