This role provides centralized administrative support across multiple Brand Wine Clubs including maintaining the integrity of the Wine Club member database and attending to club member and other customer service needs via phone and email.
What you’ll do: 

  •     Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to customers and wine club members across multiple brands.
  •     Maintains and updates our wine club member database, reviewing wine club member applications for data accuracy and providing resolution as needed.
  •     Processes wine orders, special requests and resolves delivery issues.
  •     Supports winery and member events.

What You Need 

  •     High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support, or customer service experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associates Degree plus 1 year of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support or customer service experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree plus retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support or customer service experience.

What Will Set You Apart 

  •     Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support or customer service experience.
  •     Wine sales or Wine club administration experience.
