Summary

Markets and sells experiences for all consumer group events (corporate outings, business meetings, etc.) on all North Coast properties and manages all aspects of events that that take place on winery grounds. Supports the operation of the Tasting Room and Wine Club teams as needed.

What you’ll do: 

  •     Oversees the booking of event space to achieve revenue and number of events goals.
  •     Develops business-development strategies to increase corporate meeting/corporate outing events at the winery.
  •     Cultivates partnerships through strategic outreach and follow-up to sell event space and events on property; meets with potential clients or business partners.
  •     Supports Direct to Consumer initiatives to identify and engage high-net worth consumers for tasting room experiences and drive wine club acquisition
  •     Manages assigned advertising budget to market the winery grounds to regional business and individuals.
  •     Oversees group tours of the winery grounds coordinates availability of Winemakers, guest speakers and event staff to ensure the appropriate level of hospitality for visitors.

What You Need 

  •     Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of event marketing and sales management, event planning, B2B account executive, or hospitality management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR 9 years of event marketing and sales management, event planning, B2B account executive public relations representative or hospitality management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  •     Required to travel to various locations within the region to promote the winery

  •     Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of event marketing and sales management, event planning, B2B account executive or hospitality management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
