As a Process Technician at our Midwest Custom Bottling facility you will oversee the batch processing and lab analysis of E.&J. Gallo's alcoholic beverage portfolio. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of all facility equipment.

What You Will Do:

Processing: 

  • Accepts and verifies incoming bulk tankers, and unloads tanker in a timely manner
  • Prepares batches and maintains accurate batch records
  • Operates laboratory instruments as required to perform basic lab duties
  • Collects samples of in-process batches and raw materials for testing by the Laboratory Technician
  • Operates stand up and sit-down forklifts as well as manual and electric pallet jacks

Sanitation: 

  • Performs sanitation of all tanks, vessels, and equipment used in processing
  • Maintains processing equipment, including calibrations, log entries, and cleaning of items such as tanks, hoses, and other equipment.

What You Need: 

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certification or 1 year of beverage production processing experience.
  • Required to be 18 years of age or older.
  • Required to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Required to work overtime when necessary.
  • Must become standup and sit-down forklift certified and electric pallet jack certified shortly upon hire.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year of beverage production processing experience.
