A Taste of What You'll Do
At Gallo, we believe in building brands that inspire connection, creativity, and growth. We’re looking for a visionary leader to guide our New Business Portfolio innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing new brands, and executing go-to-market strategies with full P&L ownership. You will lead a passionate, cross-functional team, partnering closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, agencies, and founders to bring bold ideas to life while ensuring consumer needs remain at the heart of every decision.
You’ll oversee all aspects of brand creation, including market research, product development, marketing planning, and in-market optimization. Using deep category understanding and consumer empathy, you will define target audiences, craft compelling brand propositions, and drive the successful execution of initiatives. Your leadership will ensure each brand achieves liquid superiority, resonates with consumers, and grows sustainably through strategic market selection, expansion planning, and collaboration with sales and distributor partners.

What You'll Need
- Master's degree plus 8 years of CPG marketing experience to include beer or RTD marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of CPG marketing experience to include beer or RTD marketing reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of Gallo Spirits BU experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 11 years of CPG marketing experience to include beer or RTD marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience building and introducing new brands.
- Experience managing total P&L for a group of brands.
- Experience managing large A&P budgets with a diverse marketing mix
- Experience managing a broad range of stakeholders & multiple external agencies.
- Required to travel up to 25% of the time in-market in order to perform job duties.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
