Join our dynamic Spirits Bottling Production team as a Workforce Time Planning Associate in a pivotal role that bridges operational success and employee satisfaction! We're seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the scheduling of our unionized workforce, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and our business thrives. This position is at the heart of our operations, requiring a hands-on approach to manage call-offs, fill vacancies swiftly, and maintain seamless communication with our teams. Your responsibilities will include crafting work schedules, managing payroll activities, and handling timekeeping with precision and care.

 

Ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver, this role demands an understanding of our collective bargaining agreement and a commitment to upholding its standards. You'll be instrumental in making key decisions that affect daily operations, from adjusting staffing levels to ensuring compliance with pay and deduction policies. What You Will Need:

  • Associate degree plus 1 years of human resources, payroll, manning/scheduling or clerical operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of human resources, payroll, manning/scheduling or operations clerical experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.


What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience reading and interpreting documents such as corporate policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Experience with ADP or Kronos.
  • Experience completing and evaluating assignments, requiring originality and ingenuity.
  • Knowledge of fundamental HR concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

 

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $24.13 - $32.60 / hour
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
