A Taste of What You'll Do

Join Gallo Winery as a Team Leader guiding high-performance teams that install, operate, and repair the machinery that keeps production running. You’ll balance hands-on mechanical leadership with accountability for quality, cost, schedule, and exceptional internal and external customer service, while championing the 4E’s (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, Executes) across the organization.

In this role you’ll oversee planning and design of products, tools, engines and mechanical systems, and manage production, installation, maintenance and repair of equipment including centralized heat, gas, water and electrical systems. You’ll work closely with engineering peers to apply robotics and PLC controls, lead capital projects, monitor systems and policies for continuous improvement, and ensure budgetary and regulatory compliance for quality, environmental and safety standards.

You will directly lead day-to-day operations for a group of employees—assigning, monitoring and reviewing work, estimating staffing needs, and ensuring workflow and timeliness. As a coach and mentor, you’ll develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, recommend salary and recognition actions, address performance issues, and create a culture where people can grow, contribute ideas and deliver results together.

We encourage applicants of all backgrounds, identities and abilities to apply—diversity strengthens our teams. If you need an accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know. If you’re ready to lead by example, solve mechanical challenges, and build a resilient, collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
