Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a talent for connecting teams and driving results? We’re seeking a skilled project manager to act as a vital link between our Winery and International Business Unit regions, leading a portfolio of projects that include new product line extensions, packaging changes, and compliance initiatives. Your role will directly impact the timely and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are on-brief, on-budget, and on-time, while contributing to international growth and business unit profitability.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage multiple projects across regions, prioritizing initiatives alongside business unit leadership and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. With expertise in Agile methodology and SCRUM processes, you’ll break down tasks into manageable sprints, lead team ceremonies, and resolve hurdles to keep projects on track. You’ll act as a liaison between regional and internal teams, ensuring compliance with international regulations, aligning on customer requirements, and communicating goals and updates effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership. Your ability to navigate complex timelines and dependencies, along with fluency in project management systems like JIRA and Confluence, will be key to driving success.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of project management, change management and supply chain management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 8 years of project management, supply chain, or change management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Excel at an intermediate level.
  • High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to write clear reports, complex business correspondence and standard operating procedures. Can present information clearly and effectively across all levels from individual contributor to Sr Executive.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) plus 2 years of product development, project management. .product change management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates an expert understanding of winery production, package component manufacturing or change management processes.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, CSM, CPM, NPDP certifications, desired
  • Highly detail oriented, must have expert proofreading skills. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively while appreciating International cultural sensitivities and business practices.
  • Demonstrates expert organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrates a sense of urgency where appropriate.
  • Mentors and trains less experienced/ new team members to ensure department continuous improvement and quality standards.
  • Has background performing work that is varied, time requiring frequent evaluation, influencing and or original/innovative solutions.
  • Skilled in the use Word, PowerPoint at an intermediate level and Access, SharePoint, Outlook and Winery ERP system at an intermediate level.
  • Experience with reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Skilled in working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience with interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Knowledge of and experience with using the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this field of specialization.
