A Taste of What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping how people strategies power business success. Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple functions and locations, you’ll deliver thoughtful, consultative guidance that aligns talent, culture, and organizational capability with strategic objectives. Your work will span organizational planning, leadership coaching, and change management, helping leaders navigate complexity while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

 

You’ll partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, People Operations, and Corporate Communications, to deliver integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. By understanding both near- and long-term priorities, you’ll help design and implement people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and sustainable results.

 

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and workforce planning. You’ll guide leaders through performance management processes, facilitate calibration discussions, and support development and promotion planning. As a key facilitator for client group leadership teams, you’ll help translate strategy into action while reinforcing core values and cultural objectives.

 

You’ll also ensure compliance with company policies, collective bargaining agreements where applicable, and local, state, and federal regulations, while supporting diversity, equity, and affirmative action initiatives. Through strong relationships, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset, you’ll help create an environment where both people and the business can thrive.

 

What You'll Need

  • Master’s degree plus 3 years of human resources business partner or generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of human resources business partner or generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of human resources business partner or generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
