What You Will Do

Communication:

  • You will build long-term relationships between multiple business partners to drive engagement in IT strategy
  • You will influence business partner decision making to optimize requirements prioritization
  • You will effectively lead teams through conflict between multiple business partners
  • You will educate IT teams and suppliers on project business technical context
  • You will communicate complex topics to support project and organizational change objectives

Technology:

  • You will create solutions that both work within and advance architectural objectives
  • You will guide solution options and business partner decision making to minimize the amount divergence from target architecture
  • You will identify opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services and bridge complex business problems to technology solutions
  • You will analyze business and user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve, create and design complex solutions

Project Management:

  • You will lead planning, facilitation, and implementation of large and complex projects and project portfolios across multiple areas for internal and 3rd party professionals
  • You will help foster the practice on the team of project management fundamentals, phases, techniques and tools.
  • You will meet project commitments including communications with sponsors and stakeholders, managing project budget, and resource allocation
  • You will be responsible for scoping and phasing tasks and projects including  the detailed description of everything included in the product and project scope

What You Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
  • MBA plus 2 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or 9 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering or Business Administration plus 4 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with stakeholders to develop scope and phases to meet intended deadlines
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level, and a variety of project management tools
  • Ability to solve practical problems, collecting data, establishing facts and dealing with a variety of concrete variables
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Experience communicating complex topics to support project and organizational change objectives
  • Experience setting realistic customer expectations for complex and large project delivery (scope, scheduled, budget) and outcome.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Agile Certified Practitioner and/or Project Management Professional certification
  • 3 or more years of experience managing complex projects across multiple departments and functions
  • Experience with consumer-facing technologies and systems such as:
    • Digital Asset Management
    • Content Management
    • E-Commerce
    • CRM (Salesforce)
    • Marketing automation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead a room of your peers
  • Strong ability to translate complex business processes into technical and systems specifications
  • Previous experience in a highly technical role
  • 3 or more years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder including ability to recommend best practices.
