Are you an ambitious technical leader who wants to develop high performing work teams and enjoy working on the installation and repair of machinery?  As a part of the Operations team you will have the opportunity to enlist internal and external resources to make improvements that shape production and product quality.  If you have a desire to learn lean manufacturing principles, we offer green and black belt certification programs.

What you’ll do:

Leadership Development

  • Lead a team of highly technical professionals in a high-speed production environment. 
  • Motivate and empower your team to perform to the best of their abilities and maximize production quality. 

Continuous Improvement

  • Deployment of lean principles and tools
  • Enlists internal and external resources to improve standard work processes and material handling methods
  • Champions the 4E’s (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, and Executes)

Technical Development

  • Executes capital projects.
  • Improves the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures

What we are looking for:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 5 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution plus 9 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Required to work an off-shift (swing or graveyard) when scheduled.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Required to lift and move equipment which weighs up to 40 pounds.

What will set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 2 years of technical production, operations, or technical maintenance experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Master’s degree in Engineering  or MBA
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience working in a consumer product goods environment
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working in a union environment
