Join Our Team as a Senior Security Services Technician!
Are you passionate about ensuring a secure and compliant work environment? We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Security Services Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our background investigation and badging programs, and ensuring our Corporate Policies are up-to-date with all applicable state and federal laws. You will also assist with special security-related assignments as needed, providing a dynamic and varied work experience.
As a Senior Security Services Technician, you will coordinate all pre-employment background investigations for prospective employees, conduct and oversee training for Talent Acquisition employees, and ensure compliance with Company vehicle policies through the DMV Pull Program. Your role will involve researching public records, preparing detailed reports, and providing technical advice to Senior Leadership on pre-employment law and industry trends. You will also manage badging software and hardware, act as a department liaison, and continuously improve your technical skills and industry knowledge.

You will be responsible for presenting updates on industry trends, maintaining documentation, and participating in the selection of outside background investigation companies. Additionally, you will create and issue access cards, audit their usage, and coordinate the issuance of parking permits.

What You Will Need:
• High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• 4 years of administrative support, clerical experience or security officer experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include 2 years of badging experience.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.
• Working knowledge of state codes relating to criminal and civil actions.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart:

Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $29.86 - $40.34
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
