A Taste of What You’ll Do

As a Senior Associate Brand Manager for LaMarca brand at GALLO, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing brand strategies that drive business growth, strengthen consumer connections, and support long-term success. You’ll partner cross-functionally to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives, evaluate market opportunities, and help deliver exceptional brand experiences across multiple channels. Working closely with brand leaders and subject matter experts, you’ll contribute to strategic planning, business reviews, and executional excellence while helping ensure brand plans align with company objectives and financial goals.

 

In this role, you’ll leverage consumer, customer, and channel insights to identify opportunities, optimize brand performance, and support innovative marketing initiatives. You’ll analyze data, monitor trends, manage budgets, and connect brand storytelling to meaningful consumer experiences. Your ability to collaborate across teams, influence key stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with strong execution will help deliver successful go-to-market programs and measurable business results.

What You’ll Need

  • Master's degree plus 2 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s plus 3 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel up to 50% of the time to designated business locations and to support in-market expectations in order to effectively perform essential job responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical & financial acumen.
  • Skilled in project management.
  • Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. How You’ll Stand Out

  • Master's degree plus 4 years of brand marketing experience; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s plus 6 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Brand management experience.
  • IRI Circana experience.
  • Experience managing multiple external agencies.
