A Taste of What You'll Do
Join Gallo’s analytic team to turn data into decisions that shape our portfolio and drive business impact. You’ll ensure data integrity, explore outliers and missing values, and build statistical models using SQL, R, and Python to test hypotheses and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll research emerging techniques, translate business questions into testable analyses, and partner with Brand, Commerce, R&D, and other teams to support corporate goals with rigorous, relatable insights.
You’ll design and prototype solutions—machine learning, regression, mixed-effects models, decision trees—and create visual, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports for diverse audiences. You’ll own projects end-to-end, develop project management skills, work in agile ways, and help refine processes that improve how we collect, analyze, and share data. Collaboration and strong communication matter: you’ll present findings confidently, influence decisions with data storytelling, and support stakeholders through pragmatic trade-offs.
We value curiosity, continuous learning, and mentorship; you’ll grow your business acumen across Finance, Marketing, and category dynamics while beginning to guide junior statisticians. We’re committed to an inclusive workplace—people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are encouraged to apply. If you bring technical rigor, a “can-if” attitude, and a desire to make measurable impact using SQL, R, and Python, we’d love to hear from you. Apply to join a team where your work directly informs strategy and accelerates growth.
