Job Description: 

SAP Functional Expert 2 positions offered by E & J Gallo Winery (Modesto, California).  Design, build, implement, and support SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management solutions to map business processes in the SAP S4/Hana 2022 platform and ensure production efficiency and product quality. Design and configure end-to-end PP/QM/IM processes including master data, work centers, routings, bill of material, production version, production orders, MRP, capacity planning, batch management, quality inspection, Stock transport orders, Inbound/outbound deliveries, Goods Issue, and Goods Receipt. Develop cross-functional solutions by integrating with other SAP modules: EWM, FICO, SD, IBP, ABAP, PIPO, and boundary systems: Swisslog, MES, LIMS, Winemanager, Transport Management System. Lead SAP template solution roll-out for new sites and business acquisitions. Perform requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis on SAP modules by collaborating with business stakeholders and provide solutions, prepare FITGAP documentation, prioritize GAPs based on complexity, importance and project impact with business processes and translate them to WRICEF Functional Specification (FS) documents.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Requires a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field and 10 years of experience in SAP Modules - Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Must have 10 years of experience in each of the following:
• Configuring and testing S/4 Hana environments for PP, MM & QM modules and supporting the testing of integration with other Boundary applications in Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics space;
• Leading and managing SAP implementation and roll-out within SAP SCM (PP/QM/MM);
• Implementing Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order scenarios by performing PP configurations for Control Keys, Order type, Availability check, Scheduling, Factory Calendar, MRP Controllers, and Special Procurement Type;
• Designing new SAP interfaces using EDI/SAP-IDocs/SAP-BAPI/SAP-PCS/SAP PI-PO to various non-SAP/Legacy systems, including Manufacturing Execution System, Laboratory Information Management System and Transport Management system; and
• Utilizing end-to-end SAP S/4 Hana implementation, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture.
• Position reports to Modesto, CA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

We are offering a salary range of $182,800 to $274,200 per year.
