In this role, you'll dive into a wide range of challenging assignments that fuel our competitiveness and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is eager to develop and implement ideas, participate in cross-functional teams, and lead projects that increase reliability and decrease life cycle cost of our assets. Your role will involve development of asset maintenance strategies using the facilitation of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Optimization. You’ll use data analytics to identify and prioritize maintenance improvement opportunities and utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve equipment failures.

What You Need
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards an Engineering or Engineering Management degree; OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Management.
- Understands Basic Engineering and can follow standard work to achieve goals.
- Prior Engineering internship experience; OR successful completion of a 6 month Gallo internship.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Bio-Systems Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Management.

Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $73,700 - $110,500 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
