Are you passionate about leveraging new technology to optimize industrial assets? Join our innovative team as a Reliability Data Analyst, where you will play a key role in advancing our data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics capabilities. In this dynamic position, you will integrate historian tags and time series data into cutting-edge modeling and machine learning software. Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to ensure seamless evaluation and acceptance testing processes.
Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining data connections, managing server updates, and monitoring application performance with a focus on data pipelines and integration points. You'll troubleshoot communication networks and data flow issues for our Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) software, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
As a crucial member of our team, you will monitor detection software, interpret alarms, analyze data trends, and performance contexts. By partnering with technical resources across multiple sites, you will drive continuous improvement in equipment performance.
You will also participate in cross-functional teams to support the building or improvement of capital assets and the commercialization of new products. Your technical expertise will be vital in achieving project goals, objectives, and timelines, while effectively communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.
Your role will involve identifying and executing projects to address technology obsolescence, integration of new data sources, and ensuring new technologies are effectively incorporated into existing systems. Additionally, you will update standards, specifications, and procedures, maintaining compliance with industry best practices and documenting data integration processes and performance metrics.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or Engineering plus at least 1 year of software technical support or data modeling and analysis experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus at least 4 years of software technical support or data modeling experience within a manufacturing environment.

- Technical Writing skills.
- Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Experienced at solving practical problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and dealing with a variety of concrete variables.
- Good communication and business writing skills.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart

Compensation:
- Hiring set rate listed as $33.03 - $ 49.57 / hour
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
