Our HR Project Managers are those who deeply enjoy helping people feel valued. They get a kick out of watching those they have supported succeed and advance. This position offers the chance to mentor new talent and drive growth initiatives for our team. You will support enterprise-wide business units with a focus on engagement and retention at all levels of the employee population. 

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with our business and HR partners to understand long term workforce needs crafting strategic recommendations for improving the capabilities of our employees
  • Influence and nurture relationships within our community of HR professionals and various business leaders through masterful collaboration, facilitation and presentation
  • Build a best in class talent management planning cycle (employing skills like job analysis and competency modeling)
  • Maintain your planning cycle through organization design, succession planning, performance management, change management, employee mentoring and training
  • Apply project management principles when taking projects from idea to implementation as you collaborate cross-functionally with various departments  

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Staff Development or Training to include Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Staff Development or Training to include Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or PhD plus 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Staff Development or Training to include Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 9 years Project Management experience to include Staff Development and development and evaluation of training programs reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; with introduction to Access and Project

What will set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology plus 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Staff Development or Training to include Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology plus 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Staff Development or Training to include Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Ph.D. in Industrial and Organization Psychology plus 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Staff Development or Training to include Project Management experience
  • Applied background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior
  • Certification in DDI Programs such as Success Profile Card Sort & Targeted Selection
  • Proven track record with enhancing organizational development tool with a sound project management approach, preferably in a supervisor role
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
