As a CSOC Operator, you’ll play a critical role at the center of our security operations, monitoring systems and coordinating responses that protect our people, properties, and operations across the organization.
 

In this fast-paced, technology-driven role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring advanced security systems, responding to alarms, and coordinating with internal teams and external emergency services. Your ability to assess situations quickly, communicate clearly, and make informed decisions will be essential to ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Every day brings new challenges, requiring strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping operations running smoothly.
 

You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by supporting reports, maintenance coordination, and system testing, while helping ensure all equipment and processes operate at peak performance. What You’ll Need

 

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year of customer service, call center, or operator/receptionist experience; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year of security, military, or law enforcement experience OR Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice.
  • Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.
  • Required to work rotating or fixed shifts (includes nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Required to work overtime when necessary.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

How You’ll Stand Out

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of customer service, call center, or operator/receptionist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with computer assisted dispatch or other other emergency computer aided dispatching software.
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Access.
  • Experience interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience writing routine reports and correspondence. Experience speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
  • Experience communicating effectively with law enforcement and emergency related agencies in times of crisis.
  • Experience carrying out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Experience resolving routine questions and problems while referring more complex issues to the supervisor.
  • Experience working independently and as a group.
  • Experience working with all levels and functions within the company.
