We’re seeking an experienced professional to manage a complex portfolio of new innovation charters and co-manufacturing projects across multiple international regions. This role is integral to ensuring on-brief, on-budget, and on-time delivery of groundbreaking projects that drive business unit profitability and bring new products to market. What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of customer service, change management and supply chain management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of customer service, supply chain, or project management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

How You'll Stand Out

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) plus 5 years of product change management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates an expert understanding of winery production, package component manufacturing or change management processes.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail oriented, must have expert proofreading skills. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively while appreciating International cultural sensitivities and business practices.
  • Demonstrates expert organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrates a sense of urgency where appropriate.
  • Demonstrates ability to write clear reports, complex business correspondence and standard operating procedures. Can present information clearly and effectively across all levels from individual contributor to Sr Executive.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through cross-functional project management or internal projects
  • Demonstrated experience on leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Has background performing work that is varied, time requiring frequent evaluation, influencing and or original/innovative solutions.
  • Skilled in the use Word, PowerPoint at an intermediate level and Access, SharePoint, Outlook and Winery ERP system at an intermediate level.
  • Experience with reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Skilled in working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience with interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Knowledge of and experience with using the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this field of specialization.
