As a participant in our 10-week MBA SLDP IT internship, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling high-impact projects that mirror the responsibilities of full-time team members. From developing Direct-to-Consumer technology to optimizing Sales & Marketing Systems, Agricultural Management tools, and Operations & Supply Chain solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Recent projects include evaluating ChatGPT use cases, designing GIS platform strategies, and recommending systemic ecosystems for our tasting room properties. You won’t just gain experience; you’ll deliver solutions that matter.
Your internship is more than just work—it’s a launchpad for your career. It serves as a direct pipeline into our MBA Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP), an accelerated track designed to cultivate future leaders. In this program, you’ll immerse yourself in functional areas like Information Technology, Finance, or Supply Chain, while building expertise tailored to your unique career path. What You'll Need
- Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA program.
- Three years of full-time work experience prior to beginning your MBA.
- Experience in effectively presenting information to top management groups.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
