Join our dynamic team as a Learning and Development Trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and performance of our employees. As part of our training organization, you will deliver and facilitate impactful training sessions using both instructor-led and technology-based tools. Your contributions will directly support the design and implementation of training programs, ultimately driving the success of our organization.

 

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training on a variety of topics including the Adult Beverage industry, New Hire Orientation, and Leadership. By recognizing industry trends and best practices, you will make recommendations to continuously improve our training processes and learning objectives. Collaborating with instructional designers, you will provide valuable feedback to refine content and ensure it meets the needs of our diverse audience.

 

You will manage single or multi-day training events, customizing delivery methods to suit different learning styles and ensuring smooth logistics. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate training records, conducting special projects, and delivering our Train the Trainer Program. By facilitating surveys and evaluations, you will gather essential feedback to enhance future training sessions.

 

Your role requires adherence to classroom schedules, adapting as necessary to achieve learning objectives. You will partner with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of training delivery, while maintaining compliance with alcohol beverage regulations and other relevant protocols. Upholding high standards of attendance and timeliness is essential.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Corporate training or business experience that includes developing, facilitating and delivering educational content and training programs to groups, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Corporate training or business experience that includes developing, facilitating and delivering educational content and training programs to groups, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. 
  • Experience in working with diverse audiences and adapting training to varying skill levels and learning styles.
  • Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from the audience.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a basic level.
  • Required to lift and move training materials that can weigh up to 50lbs.
  • Required to travel up to 25% of the time in order to conduct training sessions.
  • Required to see, smell or taste alcohol as part of job duties.
  • Required to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Required to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
