As our HR Intern for Organizational Development, you’ll gain cross-functional exposure, hands-on project experience, and opportunities to build skills that set you apart.
In this 8–10 week internship, you’ll support the OD team on key projects and deliverables, identify automation and process improvements, research and analyze HR topics, and present findings to leadership and cross-functional partners. You’ll draft clear communications, job aids, user guides, and training materials, while applying program management skills to track initiatives. We’re looking for self-motivated candidates with strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills who can manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Need
- Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Development or IO Psychology.
- Required to work independently and manage time to meet goals.
- Strong writing, presentation and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams.
- Experience managing multiple assignments.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Junior or Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or Human Resources management.
- Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams, Qualtrics or other survey platforms.
- Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
