In this role, you will independently manage a variety of tasks to support our internal customers and uphold our commitment to quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include monitoring ingredient inventory levels using the SAP Bookmarks module, coordinating with cross-functional partners to process orders, and mixing and blending wine batches in collaboration with the Cellar teams. You will also coordinate with shipping and receiving teams, conduct inventory receiving functions, and report on supplier performance metrics.

 

Your organizational skills will be essential as you maintain inventory traceability records, monitor ingredient expiration dates, and ensure compliance with all quality and safety regulations. You will be responsible for processing payments, resolving payment discrepancies with vendors, and communicating quality concerns to relevant departments. Additionally, you will conduct physical inventory counts, document work instructions, and provide training to coworkers and internal customers.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of inventory control, warehouse, production experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to navigate ladders up to 20 feet high.
  • Required to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Skilled in the use of a lift truck.
  • Basic skills in the use of MS Word and Excel.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to work weekends and overtime when necessary.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart: 

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of inventory control experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and SAP.
  • Experience with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with effectively communicating with managers, peers and customers.
  • Skilled in the use of a RF Inventory Scanner.
  • Experience working with little or no direction.
  • Skilled in basic mathematics (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals).

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $26.54 -$35.87/ hour 
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
