A Taste of What You’ll Do

Our Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program is designed for those who are self-driven and eager to start their careers in finance and accounting. Unlike traditional rotational programs with fixed timelines, our program is self-paced and tailored to your career aspirations through a blend of hands-on experience, continuous learning, and mentorship. Typical placements include:

 

Associate Financial Accountant

  • Prepare, review, analyze, and publish financial statements
  • Prepare Balance Sheet Account Analysis and Reconciliations
  • Assist in the monthly Accounting close
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliations
  • Develop, implement, and enhance accounting procedures and controls
  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is possible

 

Associate Financial Analyst

  • Analyze operating results
  • Prepare operating forecasts and financial budgets
  • Evaluate business opportunities
  • Support operating groups

 

Associate Internal Auditor

  • Evaluate operations and promote business process improvements
  • Perform audits of internal controls
  • Assist with the external audit of financial statements
  • Travel to domestic and international locations up to 35%
  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is possible

 

What You’ll Need

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics; OR possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics; OR pursuing a Masters degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

How You’ll Stand Out

  • Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics OR pursuing a Masters degree in Accounting
  • Prior Gallo Finance or Accounting work experience
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at a basic level.

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $31.75 - $31.75 / hour
