A Taste of What You’ll Do
Join Gallo Winery as a Field Services System Engineer and use your technical skills to diagnose product issues, propose solutions, and execute repairs across hardware and software environments. You’ll work from specifications to design, develop, test, and modify computer hardware and peripherals while implementing and supporting operating systems—providing both onsite and remote Level 2 support for computers, mobile devices, telephony, printers, and networks.
Day-to-day you’ll troubleshoot complex technology problems, evaluate interactions among hardware, software and performance requirements, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors. You’ll install and configure third‑party utilities, assist with testing and deployment of new applications and systems, and create user-facing training materials. Accurate documentation in the IT service desk, contributions to Gallo’s knowledge base, timely escalation to vendors, and adherence to SLA, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are essential. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, act as a liaison with users and management, and help improve processes by applying and sharing current technical knowledge.
We value intrapreneurship—bold thinking, initiative, and learning from mistakes—and ownership, including accountability and candid communication. Gallo is committed to an inclusive workplace and encourages applicants from diverse and nontraditional backgrounds, including veterans and neurodiverse candidates. Reasonable accommodations are available for applicants and employees. If you’re motivated to solve problems, help teams succeed, and grow technically while representing a company rooted in strong values, we’d love to hear from you.
