A Taste Of What You'll Do

Are you passionate about the intersection of law, operations, and the world of wine and spirits? At E & J Gallo Winery, we're looking for a Compliance Analyst who thrives on solving complex regulatory challenges while collaborating with talented teams across the business. This is your opportunity to play a meaningful role in one of the most iconic names in the beverage industry.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our regulatory programs — analyzing federal, state, and international alcohol beverage laws, maintaining licenses and permits, and preparing and submitting reports to regulatory agencies. You'll work closely with Winemaking and Spirits making operations, reconciling inventories and ensuring every aspect of our production stays compliant. Whether you're researching evolving regulations, supporting government inspections, or drafting corrective action plans, your attention to detail will make a real difference.

Collaboration is central to everything we do. You'll build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, respond to compliance questions with clarity and confidence, and communicate regulatory insights at the right level for every audience — from frontline teams to senior leadership. You'll also lead training sessions that empower colleagues across the organization to embrace a culture of compliance.

We believe great ideas can come from anyone, and we celebrate bold thinking, initiative, and a willingness to learn from every experience. We hold ourselves to high standards, encourage candid conversations, and support one another in achieving shared goals. If you're someone who takes ownership, embraces innovation, and is energized by meaningful work in a dynamic industry, we'd love to hear from you.
