A Taste of What You'll Do
If you enjoy solving regulatory puzzles and helping teams move forward with confidence, you’ll fit right in at Gallo as a Compliance Analyst. You’ll be the go-to partner for navigating federal, state, and international alcohol beverage rules—managing government approvals, maintaining licenses and plant registrations, reconciling bulk and finished goods inventories, and submitting required reports as an Attorney‑in‑Fact. Your work will keep our operations compliant and our business resilient.
You’ll monitor regulatory developments, interpret their impact on projects and processes, and research solutions that reduce risk while enabling growth. When agencies ask questions or inspections arise, you’ll prepare thoughtful responses and, when needed, draft appeals and corrective actions. You’ll identify compliance gaps, recommend scalable remediation plans, and help integrate best practices across departments and contract facilities.
Collaboration and clear communication are key: you’ll translate technical regulations for diverse audiences, design and deliver training, and partner with winemaking, spiritsmaking, and cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues. You’ll present findings to leadership, support continuous improvement efforts, and execute tasks independently with sound judgment.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences—diverse perspectives make us stronger. If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to protect both our brand and our people while enabling smart business decisions, we’d love to hear from you. Apply to grow your career and make a real impact at Gallo.
