Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Vineyard and Manufacturing Systems you will function at a strategic, management and operational level to deliver new and existing business applications/systems including, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintenance, and installation to support the business needs of internal customers.

What You Will Do

Opportunity Management:

  • You will shape demand while stimulating, surfacing, and shaping business needs
  • You will leverage IT products and services to translate opportunities into solutions
  • You will balance strictly limited supply and potentially infinite demand to ensure that business partners receive the highest possible value at the lowest possible cost, while receiving the best possible customer experience
  • You will ensure that day-to-day IT services meet business needs and create a satisfactory experience

Project Management:

  • You will leverage and maintain the mastery of project management to ensure project and programs across multiple areas move smoothly from inception to value realization.

Business and Technology Management:

  • You will build long-term relationships between multiple business partners to drive engagement in IT strategy
  • You will communicate, listen, persuade, influence and shape understanding
  • You will develop win-win scenarios, surface disconnects and work to resolve problems including effectively leading teams through conflict between multiple business partners
  • You will leverage and maintain IT domain knowledge to drive internal partnerships, establish trust, and engage team members to deliver a positive end-to-end IT experience
  • You will analyze business and user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve, create and design complex solutions

Transition Management:

  • You will understand the drivers of change and the inter-dependencies
  • You will address intended and unintended consequences of project decisions
  • You will drive clarification of total cost of implementation and overcome hidden costs and common obstacles to successful system deployment.
  • You will lead change programs and partner with team members to assist with major process and organizational change

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of information systems experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR 9 years of information systems experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, MIS, mathematics or engineering, plus 7 years of information systems experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • MBA/Master's degree
  • Experience with consumer and products insights, call center, process technology OR Viticulture/Enology
  • BRMP Certification
