A Taste of What You'll Do
Join us in shaping the future of one of our core growth brands — a role where your strategic vision, creativity, and leadership will have a significant impact on our business. You will oversee and execute brand-building initiatives that deliver meaningful results, working closely with cross-functional partners to bring innovative ideas to life. In partnership with the Outcome Owner and Director, you will guide the brand’s P&L, making smart trade-offs and resource decisions to meet growth and profitability goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will lead portions of the brand roadmap, manage complex projects independently, and mentor internal and external partners to achieve breakthrough results. You’ll help shape the brand’s strategic positioning, architecture, and standards, ensuring every channel tactic, creative brief, and activation reflects the brand’s equity and resonates with our target consumer.
We’re looking for a curious and empathetic leader who understands consumers deeply — their motivations, behaviors, and evolving needs.
