What you will do:

Leadership Development

  • Develop a sense of “ownership” within the department
  • Understand service levels to ensure key metrics are met

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion the 4E’s (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, and Executes)
  • Works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization
  • Support Lean Enterprise and Kaizen teams

Change Agent

  • Embrace change and assist peers through change

What you need:

  • Master’s degree plus B2B/B2C customer service, account management, logistics, retail sales or marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of B2B/B2C customer service, account management, logistics, retail sales or marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution PLUS 6 years of B2B/B2C customer service, account management, logistics, retail sales or marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Required to participate in 24-hour on-call support and work modified schedules when workload and scheduling dictates

What will set you apart:

  • Master of Business Administration degree plus 2 years of Gallo account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR Bachelor of Business Administration degree plus 5 years of Gallo account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel (or equivalent software); advanced JDE; knowledge of WMS system at an intermediate level; MS Access (or equivalent software) at a basic level
