A Taste of What You'll Do

Bring your analytics expertise and leadership skills to a role where insights shape the future of Gallo Spirits brands. As Associate Marketing Analytics Manager, you will lead reporting and analysis while coaching early-career marketing professionals, helping the team turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

 

You will serve as a trusted partner to brand marketers and leadership, conducting in-depth research across sales and marketing promotions, business performance, shipments and depletions, competitive activity, pricing, test markets, and brand expansion. Your forecasts and recommendations will support annual brand planning, market planning, product launches, and other critical business decisions.

 

Beyond delivering strategic analysis, you will strengthen team capability through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training in marketing analytics, consumer insights, business acumen, brand planning, and performance measurement. You will help team members understand industry, category, and competitive dynamics while promoting consistent application of marketing principles and best practices.

 

This opportunity is well suited for an analytics leader who combines technical expertise with curiosity, sound judgment, and a commitment to developing others. You will collaborate across teams, represent the Spirits business unit on cross-functional initiatives, and maintain ownership of the insights and recommendations that help drive business outcomes.

 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of sales/marketing analysis, corporate financial analysis, brand marketing, or CPG sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience to include data analysis reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency plus 8 years of sales/marketing analysis, corporate financial analysis, brand marketing experience, or CPG sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

How You'll Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 6 years of brand marketing analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; prior supervisory/managerial experience; and computer skills to include: Advanced MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations; skilled in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; and experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Skilled in working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry; skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations; and skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Skilled in interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form; skilled in applying established procedures to situations that are non-routine in nature requiring some evaluation, originality or ingenuity; and knows the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
  • This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
