Join our dynamic team as an Innovation Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands across regions including Latin America, Asia, and Canada.  Reporting to the Director of Innovation International, you’ll collaborate with regional innovation leads to develop and execute creative strategies, build innovation capabilities, and identify consumer needs that drive impactful market solutions.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.  You’ll contribute to brand development by writing compelling charters, crafting product briefs, and guiding teams through production and market launches.  Your insights into consumer behavior and category trends will inform the creation of products that resonate with diverse audiences.  Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality output.

As part of this role, you’ll partner with creative agencies, sales, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life and refine brand propositions based on in-market learnings.  You’ll also collaborate with finance to optimize financial models and with insights teams to uncover actionable research that drives innovation.  Your ability to foster empathy for the consumer and lead projects with agility will be key to success.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of brand marketing, trade marketing, new product/ brand innovation or insights experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High school diploma or country-issued equivalent plus 8 years of brand marketing, trade marketing, new product/ brand innovation or insights experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level required .
  • Required to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

How You'll Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of brand marketing, trade marketing, new product/ brand innovation or insights experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High school diploma or country-issued equivalent plus 10 years of brand marketing, trade marketing, new product/ brand innovation or insights experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience with new product/brand innovation
  • Experience working for a Multi-National Corporation.
  • Skilled in drawing insights through consumer research data and trend information.
  • Experience with managing people and businesses and leveraging basic finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience with reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
  • Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
  • Skilled in writing speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
