A Taste of What You'll Do
Are you passionate about data analysis and eager to contribute to the fascinating world of grape growing and winemaking? We invite you to join our team as an Associate Data Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our winegrowing operations. In this role, you'll leverage established data analysis and business intelligence tools to develop applications, dashboards, and reports that drive our business objectives forward.
As an Associate Data Analyst, you'll be entrusted with supporting systems for data collection and organization. You'll work with large datasets, processing and analyzing them to uncover trends and patterns that inform our strategic decisions. Your contributions will include assisting in the development of applications in a low code environment, which will help consolidate and secure our valuable data. Additionally, you'll play a key role in creating dashboards and reports from various sources, providing critical insights into our grape growing and winemaking processes.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond data analysis to include documentation, training, and maintenance of the systems and tools you help develop. By learning about the business areas you support, you'll be able to translate business needs into analytical requirements effectively. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you'll support department and interdepartmental project teams, working cross-functionally to enhance data processes and communication with peers, team members, customers, and management.
We're looking for someone who exhibits intrapreneurship and ownership behaviors, embodying a bold, innovative mindset, taking initiative, and driving candid discussions. You'll be expected to apply current technology and acquire new technical knowledge to complete projects, participate in quality assurance testing, and coordinate project status reporting when needed.

What You'll Need

High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate AND Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, or Engineering plus 1 year of experience in programming, data analysis, BI reporting, software engineering or software development; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate AND Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in programming, data analysis, BI reporting, software engineering or software development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Basic level experience with SQL and Python.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).

Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel at an intermediate level

Strong communication skills both oral and written with the ability to explain complex issues in an easily understandable manner.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. How You'll Stand Out

- Previous experience in natural sciences, fermentation, viticulture, or winemaking.
