A Taste of What You'll Do
As an Associate Commerce Marketing Manager, you will transform brand strategy and consumer insights into compelling commerce marketing programs that build awareness and inspire purchase across on-premise, retail, and customer.com channels. You will create integrated activation plans for assigned brands or portfolios, bringing ideas to life through point-of-sale materials, digital experiences, partnerships, sales tools, hero creative, and brand activation guidelines.
You will lead brand activation through the Integrated Marketing Planning process, partnering with Customer Marketing, Brand Activation, DRIVE and Sales Planning, MarComm, Digital, and agency teams. Using customer and consumer insights, you will develop scalable, agile programs that respond to market opportunities, competitive shifts, and evolving restaurant, bar, and retail trends.
Your analytical and project management skills will help connect the Consumer Decision Journey to cohesive 360-degree programs. You will evaluate business drivers, channel performance, and return on investment while managing assigned A&P budgets and marketing resources effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to think boldly, champion innovative ideas, encourage candid discussion, and take ownership of results.
What You'll Need
- Master’s degree plus 3 years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, process engineering, CPG shopper marketing or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, processing engineering or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel up to 40% of the time to perform job duties.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
- Master of Business Administration degree plus 3 years of Gallo brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration plus 5 years of marketing, sales, winery operations, data analytics/sales development or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Multiple Gallo marketing rotations.
- Experience training and developing junior level brand marketers in executing brand and organizational objectives. Experience managing business operations and leveraging basic finance and accounting principles.
- Experience effectively presenting information to top management, public groups and boards of directors. Experience writing speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

- We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
