As an Analyst 2 in Supply Chain Administration you will be responsible for entering master data into Gallo’s system of record.  You will ensure the integrity of the data being entered and understand the requirements of business rules used to govern the data.  You will be a key member of cross-functional teams used to introduce new items into market and a lead on changes introduced to existing products.  You will be responsible for the daily data maintenance of the products assigned to you, ensuring that information flows correctly into all downstream systems.  You will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing world class service to our customers and constantly looking to continuously improve our processes.

What You Will Do

Daily Opportunities:

  • Manages master data
  • Maintains existing data to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on prioritization of projects

Analytical Skills:

  • Uses analytical skills to evaluate new data scenarios and how to apply best practices
  • Provide input to cross-functional teams on best practices and business cases when implementing new products
  • Analyzes the ramifications of “What-If” scenarios (Acquisitions, new brand alignment, business unit merges)
  • Monitors the execution of new item launches and the discontinuation of products

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards to ensure continuous improvement

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of supply chain, finance, or production/operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution  PLUS 7 years of supply chain, finance, or production/operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Supply Chain Management or Business Administration concentration plus 5 years of production planning experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma problem solving methodologies.
  • Power-of-Attorney for the purpose of completing state and federal income taxes.
  • Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
  • Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Experience presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, SharePoint, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Agile PLM, Showcase, and JDE.
