A Taste of What You'll Do

As an Analyst 2 – Go To Market, you will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights that power strategic decision-making across the Sales organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver meaningful analyses, reporting, and recommendations that drive business performance and growth.

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how we evaluate market performance, distributor effectiveness, and sales initiatives. You will dive deep into data, leveraging multiple systems and tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Your work will support everything from monthly reporting and executive presentations to long-term strategic projects that influence how we go to market.

 

You’ll also contribute to Sales Integration efforts, supporting new item launches, allocation processes, and distributor setup activities while ensuring consistency and accuracy across reporting and deliverables. Through your leadership on special projects and your ability to connect insights to action, you’ll help improve performance across distributors and internal teams.

What You'll Need

  • MBA plus 1 year of Finance, Accounting, Military, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales, finance, accounting, or brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo winery or distributor management sales, finance, operations, accounting, or brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Word at an intermediate level.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

How You'll Stand Out

  • Experience with SAP and cost accounting or manufacturing environments, enabling strong operational and financial insights
  • MBA degree or advanced analytical training with experience applying statistical or financial modeling techniques
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with executive stakeholders
