A Taste of What You'll Do
Bring your financial insight and analytical thinking to a role supporting Engineering Centers of Excellence across Engineering, Facilities, Process Technology and Lean Six Sigma. You’ll turn financial data into meaningful forecasts, reports and recommendations that help teams manage capital projects, anticipate risks and make informed business decisions.
In this role, you’ll prepare cost forecasts, analyze trends and develop project-level financial reports that keep Engineering Project Managers informed about capital spending. You’ll contribute to budgeting and full-year forecasting, investigate vendor payment and reporting discrepancies, reconcile production costs and support the financial closeout of capital projects. You’ll also translate complex information into clear, actionable reports for internal partners.
Your curiosity and continuous-improvement mindset will help strengthen and standardize reporting tools, identify opportunities to improve processes and develop predictive models that highlight project risks and opportunities. Working collaboratively across functions, you’ll provide financial analysis during management discussions while helping maintain accurate, accessible project reference materials.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work.
- Working knowledge of the SAP general ledger and disbursement systems.
- Experience troubleshooting financial processes and procedures.
- Experience engaging with and supporting internal and external clients.
- Skilled in the use of MS Excel at an Intermediate level.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Extensive knowledge in SAP. Experience with reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Experience with effectively presenting information to top management. Experience with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Experience with effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Computer skill requirements include: Word, Excel, Access, Livelink, Outlook, Showcase & MS SharePoint at an advanced level. Skilled in applying mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
- Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions. Experience with interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables. Experience with performing work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, usually involving limited responsibility, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity. Knowledge of and experience with using the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

- We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
- This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
