Are you passionate about data management and looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and inclusive environment? Join our team as an Analyst specializing in Master Data Management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in researching and providing financial and business-related analyses to assess the impact of various projects, systems, and transactions.
We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a global setting. You will work closely with global process owners and IT to produce best-in-class material master and production master data management. Your contributions will support the launch of new products, new materials, and changes to existing products. By collaborating with Scrum masters, Product owners, and cross-functional team members, you will drive continuous improvement activities and optimize business processes for data accuracy and efficiency.
Your role will include maintaining data hierarchies, ensuring integrity, and reviewing procedures to allow for synchronization between systems. You will produce accurate and timely master data, participate in change management roadmaps, and update custom data tables to support efficient business processes. Additionally, you will support current discontinuation processes and improvements while participating in the development, documentation, and training of department procedures.
Your analytical skills will be key in creating and reviewing data integrity audits, implementing changes to resolve deficiencies, and using rigorous Pareto analysis to solve complex problems. You will also support corporate initiatives such as Supplier Certification, ISO 9001, GMP, and Industry Best Practices. Representing the department in cross-functional team activities and meetings, you will ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of operations, supply chain, finance, new product development, engineering, or regulatory compliance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of operations, supply chain, finance, new product development, engineering, or regulatory compliance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
