It's an amazing time to join Gallo, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Gallo's growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with Hiring Managers and Site Leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, and your Talent Acquisition colleagues, to manage full lifecycle recruiting.  

What You Will Do

Build Strategic Business Relationships:

  • Collaborate with the business to identify talent needs and develop sourcing & workforce planning strategies
  • Get to know the business you support and the teams you are a part of – you’ll learn what your partners do to market our products and what our customers expect – so you can support our organization & manage the hiring manager experience

Attract and Engage Candidates:

  • Communicate our company culture, corporate values, and total rewards package to candidates
  • Manage candidate experience from start to end – sourcing, scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, applicant tracking, and onboarding

Demonstrate Technical Acumen:

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and apply your expertise
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent, leveraging online recruiting resources, social media outlets and our applicant tracking system

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing, or human resources experience to include full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA degree plus 3 years of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing, or human resources experience to include full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing, or human resources experience to include full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Experience managing projects.
  • Skilled in writing, and oral communication.
  • Willingness to travel by air and automobile when necessary

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibilities
  • Technologically curious and savvy – strong consumer of social media and mobile applications
  • Experience presenting new and innovative recruiting concepts to leadership
  • Experince recruiting in a corporate environment.

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range: $72,335 - $127,7000 (compensation will include any bonus language applicable).
  • Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
