As an Organizational Development Program Lead, develops and implements organizational development (OD) processes, programs and projects designed to maximize employee productivity, culture, retention, performance and engagement.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Helps develop overarching project and program management practices, as part of the OD team, to be carried out Winery-wide.
  • Guides the analysis, shaping, planning, facilitation, execution and ongoing sustainment of organizational development processes, practices, and projects.

  • Supports and participates in the creation and sustainment of a 3-5-year strategic plan for Organization Development.

  • Manages vendors who support numerous OD projects, including engagement, exit survey, hi-po programs, technology, coaching, etc.

  • Leads the alignment, integration, and tracking of the annual HR Core Process, including developing and maintaining the integrated project plan and master schedule.

  • Represents the OD department in cross-departmental meetings (e.g., with Compensation, IT, key employees, and in HR Synch).

  • Trains HR Business Partners in best practices associated with core process (e.g., use of Success Factors, creation of Dev Plan, tracking of succession plans, interpretation of rating scales, etc.).

  • Play key role in preparing for ELT/CEO’s HR planning process, including material creation, data prep, document creation, data entry, etc, supporting Senior Director and CHRO.

  • Participates in the creation of senior leadership presentations to highlight HR trends and OD programs.\

  • Performs sophisticated data analysis and constructs complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels, including dashboard and scorecard creations.

  • Advises on the design and analysis for employee engagement surveys, exit surveys, multi-source/360 feedback initiatives, and other people-related data collection initiatives (e.g., performance management, succession planning, leadership development, learning and training effectiveness evaluations, talent reviews, high-potential identification, exit surveys, new hire onboarding surveys, etc.).

  • Provides the oversight and administration of OD programs such as Belbin, StrengthsFinders, 360-assesments, executive coaching, mentoring, and Engagement Survey.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of HR, OD, or talent management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of HR, OD, or talent management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Proficient in the use of industry-accepted project and program management practices.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word at a Basic Level, MS Excel at an intermediate level, and, MS PowerPoint at an advanced level.
  • Experienced with data analysis and presentation.
  • Ability to join data from multiple sources and manipulate structured and unstructured data in Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. 

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $93,600 -$140,400
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
