As the Learning & Development Data Specialst, leverages learning data and analytics to support the Corporate Training team and cross-functional business partners. Optimize utilization of metrics and data to identify opportunities to increase the efficiency, improve productivity, performance and compliance. Develops benchmarks and data-driven insights for enterprise-wide learning and development strategies and initiatives. This is a creative and dynamic role where the data from multiple systems and sources is used to produce thoughtful, complex analyses in a concise and simple fashion using tables, charts, graphs, including PowerPoint and Excel. Responsible for governance of corporate training processes in accordance with internal guidelines and external regulations. 


•    Provides reporting and analytical support to the HR Leadership Team and to key stakeholders including data and metrics related to the training completion and participation metrics as well as training compliance and other HR operational metrics.
•    Tracks and provides status reports to leadership on completions related to HR, compliance, leadership and other key trainings.
•    Communicates trends and insights to senior leaders as well as communicates data integrity issues or process gaps to individual team members and leads.
•    Evaluates additional information needs and recommends appropriate system changes or enhancements to meet the needs.
•    Acts as liaison with HRIS for all Learning Management System changes, enhancements and upgrades.
•    Creates and maintains a sustainable system testing and audit methodology to ensure consistent system performance and outputs. 
•    Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
•    Assists Learning and Development, Business Intelligence team, and HRIS in the development or customization of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
•    Generates ad-hoc reports as required.
•    Evaluates the integrity of the data relating to the HRIS and Learning & Development, with special focus on the data flowing into and out of the Learning Management System.
•    Acts with urgency to respond to data requests.
•    Provides on-going project management and status reporting at all levels.
•    Establishes and maintains relationships to continually improve collaboration with Business stakeholders, including Corporate Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HRIS and related teams.
•    Acts as a main point-of-contact for all Learning Management System reporting requests from internal and external customers.
•    Supports the development of policies and procedures to ensure data integrity across the Corporate Training function.
•    Provides training and user support after changes in systems and/or procedures are implemented.
•    Investigates, analyzes and resolves user problems and issues related to Success Factors Learning Management System.
•    Collaborates with IT to resolve complex issues and test solutions.
•    Develops, documents and maintains procedures for the metrics report generating process.
•    Acts as liaison between the offsite Training teams and Corporate Training to troubleshoot and correct issues in the system.
•    Investigates and implements methods of improving and increasing the automation of the reporting process.
•    Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
•    Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

•    Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Human Resources, OD, Training or HR analytics particularly with systems and data management/analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of Human Resources, OD, Training or HR analytics, particularly with systems and data management/analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•    Skilled at analyzing and integrating complex data sets across multiple data sets, summarizing findings, and presenting information to senior leadership, including executives. 
•    Skilled in Excel at an intermediate level, including the ability to manipulate data, summarize findings, report information, identify trends, etc.
•    Skilled in the use of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•    Ability to extract data from HR System, identify gaps, troubleshoot, clean data, close gaps etc.
•    Experience summarizing and presenting data to senior management.
•    Skilled in Learning Management System (SuccessFactors System) technology, processes, and data outputs.
•    Experience with project management.

•    Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of Human Resources, OD, Training or HR analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years in Human Resources, OD, Training or HR analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•    Skilled in Excel at an Advanced Level
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication and leadership skills
•    Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships at all levels, across functions and geographic boundaries
•    Experience creating and maintaining departmental metrics.
•    Experience driving process improvement and consistency.
•    Knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting concepts.
•    Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
•    Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
•    Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
•    Experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
•    Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
•    Experience applying established procedures to situations that are non-routine in nature requiring some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
•    Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.
