The Customer Service Supervisor has broad influence on the organization both cross-shift and cross-functional in helping to drive improved performance, with no requirement to relocate every few years.

What you’ll do:

Leadership Development

  • Leads and develops team members through a servant leadership management style
  • Develop a sense of “ownership” within the department
  • Understand and manage resources to ensure service levels and metrics are met.
  • Establishes objectives, goals, strategies, and measures as part of the Global Customer Service leadership team
  • Oversees the end-to-end "Order-to-Cash" process (Sales Order Management, Logistics, Accounts Receivable), working cross-organizationally to ensure required customer and business needs are met
  • Identifies, coordinates and directs customer service and logistics activities and action plans to address critical customer and business needs within the framework of established corporate and customer service policies and procedures

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion the 4E’s (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, and Executes)
  • Works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization
  • Completes root cause analysis and approves corrective actions to resolve customer complaints and claims
  • Leverages the use of Lean and Agile Processes for continuous improvement activities

What You Need

  • Master’s degree plus 3 years of B2B/B2C customer service, account management, logistics, finance, retail sales or marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of B2B/B2C customer service, account management, logistics, finance, retail sales or marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of B2B/B2C customer service, account management, logistics, finance, retail sales or marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills to include defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and root cause analysis to provide valid conclusions and recommended corrective actions.
  • Computer skill requirements include strong ERP (preferably SAP) experience, working knowledge and understanding of SQL or other Business Intelligence languages, intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to make quick decisions based on data and analysis.
  • Experience effectively presenting information to top management and large groups.
  • Ability to facilitate conversations and influence employees, peers, stakeholders or Sr. Leadership.
  • Required to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Master of Business Administration plus 6 years of Gallo account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor of Business Administration plus 8 years of Gallo account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Management Certification.
