The CRM Specialist serves as a key partner to scale the enterprise framework and any roadmap initiatives involving addressable audience growth and reporting to drive profitable growth for our eCommerce business unit. Partners cross-functionally with teams such as brand marketing, creative, IT, analytics, web optimization, content, consumer engagement, social and eCommerce planning to bring to life integrated marketing campaigns and strategies across all our owned and operated platforms.

 

What You Will Do:

• Establish and grows consumer relationships and lifetime value across all channels. Finds new ways to grow consumer base and build consumer loyalty.

• Develop and maintains quarterly/annual email marketing calendars, trigger/consumer journey roadmap, department forecasts and ensures alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Utilize data and analytics to monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM program.

• Identifie opportunities and works with manager to optimize email campaigns and tactics, as well as any website and platform experiences with the eCommerce ops and business teams.

• Develop, manage, and enhance consumer email by managing creative, subject lines, and testing as well as adding additional programs. Owns A/B email test and learn agendas and post-campaign reporting.

• Serve as a vigilant guardian of consumer experience ensuring positive impact of all CRM tactics.

• Perform ad hoc tasks revolving around various initiatives such as reporting, addressable audience growth, promotional marketing, etc.

• Conduct competitive analysis and provides recommendations based on learnings.

• Develop and executes email/SMS strategy, learning agenda and calendar.

• Constantly tests new tactics to improve KPI’s. Monitors and reports on success measurement.

• Partner with agency or internal resources to recommend and request content for email/SMS.

• Determine ways to leverage first party and other data sources to create personalized and highly relevant real time experiences for each consumer across channels.

 

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of

responsibility.

• Experience in various types of campaigns such as promotional marketing and/or automated email marketing programs (triggers, journeys, drip campaigns).

• Experience with creative strategy and messaging communications planning.

• Basic understanding of responsive email coding using HTML and CSS and comfortable working with tracking parameters.

• Experience creating, deploying and maintaining campaigns in CRM management platforms/marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

 

What Will Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of

responsibility.

• Experience with deployment and execution of SMS and push notification campaigns.

• Familiarity with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and CAN-SPAN regulations.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, creating complex segmentation for multiple audiences and developing and executing A/B tests

• Knowledge of SQL and/or AMPscript.

This position will be required to be on site 60% of the time, with an option to work remote (location flexible to Bay area) a couple of days a week.
