Provide end-to-end project management leadership for low to mid-level Creative projects. Provide collaborative support for moderate to complex projects.



What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for the oversight and management of projects for assigned client groups.
  • Functions as the Creative Services liaison to various winery departments and project owners.
  • Collaborates with Stakeholders (Brand, Compliance, external agencies, etc.) to gain alignment on project objectives, scope, milestones and approvals.
  • Consistently attends Agile ceremonies providing project updates and identifying roadblocks.
  • Partners with marketing team members and project leaders to create timelines, cost estimates and milestones for design initiatives.
  • Directs activities against incoming projects; validates appropriate timeline and scope.
  • Leads project related meetings and presentations to drive for consensus and approval.
  • Issues meeting summaries with action items; develops next steps and stakeholder assignments.
  • Utilizes the understanding of consumer trends, key competitors and sales channel characteristics for assigned brands to address client needs.
  • Maintains understanding of brand’s current equity and campaign to support asset requests and recommendations.
  • Provides regular status updates to internal team and cross-functional partners on all in-process work.
  • Proactively communicates and works to resolve any project delays or roadblocks.
  • Enters and track all projects and key documentation within project management system.
  • Ensures relevant project/process documents are stored within common repository for partner access.
  • Holds weekly project status and team update meetings to review all items in process.
  • Organizes and schedules (within department project management system) necessary milestone meetings, internal and external concept reviews, internal and external composite meetings, pre-production, and photography planning meetings.
  • Acts as lead point-of-contact for Creative partners on assigned projects including briefing, providing reference materials and sharing design feedback.
  • Supports process improvement initiatives and embraces change.
  • Maintains working knowledge of high-level program learnings & implications for ongoing & future projects.
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of brand marketing support, creative/agency support, corporate communications, sales account management, creative design, hospitality planning/support, e-Commerce, media, digital marketing or corporate finance/procurement experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of marketing support, creative/agency support, corporate communications, sales account management, creative design, hospitality planning/support, e-Commerce, media, digital marketing or corporate finance/procurement reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.



What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of creative/agency support or agency account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • End to end project management experience.
  • Winery, marketing or agency experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of brand equities and promotional success factors.
  • Knowledge and understanding of POS, Marketing and Sales functions.
  • Skilled in leading meetings and group discussions.
  • Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Possesses thorough understanding of Marketing and Design principals.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.


This position will be required to be on site 60% of the time, with an option to work remote (location flexible to Bay area) a couple of days a week.
