In this position, you'll direct daily operations and work cross-functionally to meet our goals. You'll coach, mentor, and develop team members, participate in talent selection, and support organizational change. Your role will involve building daily work plans, managing workforce planning, and providing real-time updates to leadership. You'll also play a crucial role in crisis management and support personnel investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory conditions.
Safety and compliance are paramount, and you'll be responsible for teaching and enforcing safe work practices and company policies. You'll proactively identify safety issues, participate in incident investigations, and own designated safety programs. Your technical expertise will be vital as you learn and coach team members on processes and equipment, participate in problem-solving activities, and practice LEAN principles.
Budget management is another key aspect of this role. You'll execute budget plans, monitor trends, and provide input in budget planning. Your responsibilities will include daily staffing, materials usage, and production forecast management, ensuring adherence to budget requirements.

Compensation
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $68,700-$103,100 / year
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of supervisory/managerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of military operations experience to include leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to work shifts as scheduled.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management plus 2 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.
